Basic Requirement: We expect all of our business partners to abide by all of the legal requirements of the local , state, or national governments in which they operate. We always seek to find partners who show that they respect the legal and moral rights of their employees and families.
Discrimination: Our partners must comply with the laws governing discrimination on the basis of race, color, age, nationality, gender, or religion.
Child Labor: The employees of all our partners must be over the minimum legal age requirement, or be at least 16 years of age whichever is greater. Our partners must also abide by the local laws governing working conditions, wages, hours of work, and education for authorized minors. We give additional support to those partners who create educational opportunities for their employees.
Forced Labor: Our partners will be committed to not use any form of forced labor, including prison labor.
Environmental Issues: We strive to find ways to improve the environment in which we do business. Our partners must meet all applicable environmental laws. It is our goal to always find ways which are most beneficial to the environment in which we live and work.
Community Issues: We encourage and support the involvement with the local community in which our partners operate. We actively support community programs which improve the quality of life for the entire community.
